All verified orders will receive an initial email confirming the purchase, and a second email with tracking information.

Orders are evaluated by fraud detection services. If your order is deemed fraudulent / too risky to fulfill, payment will be voided and all funds will be released back to the original payment method.

Orders are typically processed within Within 24 hours of receiving verified payment information. Orders placed on Friday evening, Saturday or Sunday, or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Note that during peak seasons, shipments may experience slight delays.

Cancellations and Changes to Existing Orders

Once an order is placed, cancellations or changes to the shipping address or order contents are not possible. If a shipment is returned to us, original shipping costs (if applicable) will not be refunded.
