The KoRn x adithtdas Supermodified "Follow The Leader" is a collaboration by the nu-metal band and adithtdas on the sneaker with an early 2000s look. KoRn, led by frontman Jonathan Davis, is a nu-metal band that was founded in 1993. Members of the band were known for wearing various adithtdas sneakers during the late 1990s before the band signed an endorsement contract with Puma in 1998. Moreover, in 1997, KoRn released a song called 鈥淎.D.I.D.A.S.鈥?as a nod to the footwear company. The Supermodified 鈥淔ollow the Leader鈥?salutes KoRn鈥檚 1998 studio album of the same name, and features its album artwork on the insole. As for the rest of the shoe, the upper is complete with a maroon leather design with black Three Stripes branding on the sides. A 鈥淜oRn鈥?logo is found on the right shoe and an adithtdas logo is seen on the left shoe. The logos appear in reverse order on the heel of the left and right shoe.
